Koreadores respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same.

I declare that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Incomplete notices may not be processed.
Koreadores may request additional information before taking action.
Review and Enforcement Process
When Koreadores receives a copyright notice, we may take actions including, but not limited to:
- reviewing the complaint
- temporarily hiding the content
- removing or restricting access to the content
- preserving internal records related to the content
- notifying the user who submitted the content
- requesting further information from the reporting party or user
- suspending or terminating the account involved
Koreadores may take action without prior notice to the user.
Koreadores may also decline to act if the notice is incomplete, unclear, abusive, or otherwise insufficient.
Nothing in this policy requires Koreadores to take any specific action in response to any particular notice.
All enforcement decisions are made at Koreadores’ sole discretion.
Counter Notice
If your content was removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint, and you believe that the action was taken in error, you may submit a counter notice.
A counter notice should include:

Submission of a counter notice does not guarantee restoration of content.
Koreadores may review, reject, ignore, or act upon counter notices at its sole discretion.
Koreadores is under no obligation to respond to, process, or resolve any counter notice within any particular time period.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Koreadores reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
A user may be considered a repeat infringer if:
- multiple valid copyright complaints are received regarding the user’s content
- the user repeatedly uploads or reposts infringing material
- the user attempts to evade copyright enforcement actions
- the user repeatedly engages in conduct that creates copyright risk for the platform
Koreadores may determine repeat infringement status at its sole discretion.
Koreadores is not required to provide warnings before suspending or terminating an account for repeat infringement.
Abuse of the Copyright Reporting Process
Copyright reporting tools may not be used abusively.
Examples of abuse include:
- knowingly submitting false claims
- repeatedly submitting unfounded complaints
- attempting to harass, intimidate, or silence other users through copyright complaints
- misrepresenting ownership or authority
- submitting bad-faith notices
Koreadores reserves the right to reject abusive notices and to take action against accounts that misuse the copyright reporting process.
Such actions may include:
- rejection of the complaint
- restriction of reporting privileges
- account suspension
- permanent account termination
Preservation of Evidence and Internal Records
Koreadores may retain copies of removed, hidden, restricted, or reported content for internal purposes, including:
- reviewing copyright complaints
- handling disputes or counter notices
- investigating abuse
- maintaining moderation and enforcement records
- complying with legal obligations
- protecting the Service and its operators
Such internally retained content may not remain publicly visible.
No Obligation to Monitor
Koreadores is not obligated to pre-screen, monitor, or review all content submitted by users.
The Service may host user-generated content, and users remain solely responsible for what they post.
However, Koreadores reserves the right to review, remove, disable, preserve, or restrict any content at any time, with or without notice.
Platform Rights and Discretion
Koreadores reserves broad rights to protect the platform and respond to copyright-related risks.
